1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier partner constraints, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
• A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies for orders below ₹999

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery on the courier partner’s website.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

6. Non-Deliverable Areas

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
