Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy

At The Man Shoppe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have a straightforward and fair policy to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
• To cancel your order, contact us immediately at dsenterprises463@gmail.com or call 9250580109.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer hassle-free exchanges within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
• Wrong size received
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect

The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags intact and original packaging.

3. How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone.
2. Share your order number and a photo of the product.
3. Our team will arrange a pickup at no additional cost for valid exchange requests.
4. The replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:
• Item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
• Order was cancelled before shipment
• Product received is significantly different from what was ordered

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer
• Innerwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Items purchased during sale or clearance events (unless defective)

6. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Please provide your bank details when raising a refund request.
